At The Noir Edit by HottCurves, we deliver across India using trusted courier partners to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery of your orders.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
All prepaid orders are shipped on a free shipping basis within India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD shipping/handling charge may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.
Shipping charges (if applicable in rare cases such as remote locations) will be shown at checkout.
Shipping charges (including COD charges, if any) are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
3. SHIPPING TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines range between 3–12 business days, depending on the delivery destination and courier partner network.
Delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to:
Weather conditions
Courier partner delays
Local operational restrictions
Unforeseen circumstances

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may increase during high-volume or promotional periods.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
5. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once dispatched, customers will receive:
A shipping confirmation message/email
Tracking details via email or WhatsApp
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
The Noir Edit by HottCurves is not liable for:
Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Non-delivery resulting from inaccurate details
If re-shipping is required due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If an order is returned due to:
Incorrect / incomplete address
Refusal to accept delivery
Multiple failed delivery attempts
➡️ Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
➡️ Re-shipment will require payment of shipping charges again (if applicable).
8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages based on availability or logistical requirements.
Customers will be informed if this applies.
