Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–4 working days after order confirmation. Processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and order volume.

Overseas Warehouse: Our office is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, while our fulfilment warehouse is located overseas. Depending on the destination and product, orders may be dispatched internationally.

Festive & Holiday Delays: During public holidays, festive seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Customs & Government Clearance: 
All shipments are subject to applicable government, customs, and regulatory clearances. Any delay caused by customs or government authorities is beyond our control.

Courier & Delivery Delays: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier network issues, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
